JW Anderson offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as pierced jewelry and swimwear, may be subject to hygiene restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Book a complimentary courier pickup through the link provided in your return confirmation email or drop off the parcel at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
